Enterprise Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Tripleseat Software. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive lead generation, outreach, and partnership development.
About the RoleIn this role, you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system. You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve your lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve lead generation efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably within the software/SaaS industry.
- Strong background in sales acumen, product knowledge, communication skills, time management, and goal-orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments, with a proven ability to self-motivate and remain goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and an ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns.
- Experience using CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and keep accurate records.
- Competitive salary range $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
