Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Hospitality Management Intern to join our team at Elite Sports Clubs. This role offers hands-on experience in the operations of our club, with a focus on managing the Poolside Grill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Poolside Grill, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Work closely with the Grill Manager to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute special events and promotions at the Poolside Grill.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to grill staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and management, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality management, culinary arts, or related program at an accredited college or university.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
