Harba Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our research and development efforts by conducting hands-on tasks from process development to GMP manufacturing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct laboratory procedures and experiments to support process development and GMP manufacturing.
- Perform routine laboratory maintenance and ensure equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Document all processing activities accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in creating and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and study-specific procedures.
- Follow detailed instructions with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comply with all safety, SOP, and company policy standards.
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts and SOP updates with management and QA.
- Collect and analyze process data for metrics and trends.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related science field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to perform tasks.
- Mammalian Cell Culture experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
