Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a nurse. You will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in nephrology and dialysis care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, where teamwork and open communication are valued.
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- IV certification required if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
