Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at HARACEC COMPLETE HEALTHCARE PLLC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Start and maintain peripheral IV lines, administer IV medications and fluids, regulate IV infusions, and discontinue IVs while following established protocols and under the supervision of an RN or physician.
  • Assess and observe patients' conditions, report any changes to the registered nurse or healthcare provider, and document patient information accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and provide emotional support and education.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, following proper procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatments, and progress notes.
  • Comply with legal and ethical standards of nursing practice, as well as facility policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with nursing practices and maintain licensure.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current LPN license, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
