Job Description

As a Senior Sales Consultant at Oracle, you will be responsible for providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. You will act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, developing and delivering high-quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. You will present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction, and overall Oracle solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud@Customer solutions. Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Cloud and Engineered Systems services. Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high availability of cloud services. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud technologies.

Requirements

5 years of relevant computer applications or database/tools experience. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
