About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to support our mission of delivering personalized, high-quality care to our clients. As a Speech Pathologist at Staffosaurus, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in various settings, including schools, clinics, and home-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Provide evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, and communication challenges.
Collaborate with clients families, teachers, and other professionals to support progress and ensure continuity of care.
Document and track client progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech pathology.

Requirements:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current and valid California State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with developmental disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and other relevant software.
