Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, genuine hospitality promptly.
  • Ensure guests feel valued and welcomed.
  • Prepare a diverse range of food items including meats, seafood, and vegetables using various cooking equipment.
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of dishes served.
  • Consistently adhere to established portion sizes, cooking techniques, and quality standards.
  • Maintain adequate food supplies at workstations for efficient service.
  • Keep the workstation clean and sanitary, including all kitchen equipment.
  • Follow proper presentation and garnishing techniques for all dishes.
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate food products.
  • Assist with food preparation during slower periods as needed.
  • Ensure the kitchen is closed properly, following the closing checklist.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for food and commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Positive and energetic attitude when interacting with team members and guests.
  • At least 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation or cooking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift weights of 20+ pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours).
