The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Equipment Specialist to join our team at Pratt Retail Specialties. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and machinery in our plants and related facilities.

You will perform a variety of preventative maintenance tasks, including reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and operating manuals to fix, repair, and maintain equipment.

In addition, you will operate a variety of hand and power tools, equipment, and machinery in the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of parts, machines, and equipment.

Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Three years of experience within a manufacturing or maintenance environment
  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience; apprenticeship or Associates degree preferred
  • Electrical and mechanical experience required; ability to apply general maintenance and repair principles and practices
  • Basic PC skills; ability to communicate with co-workers to provide and receive direction
