Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Carlisle Companies Inc. This role is responsible for developing and defining manufacturing workflows, tools, and equipment for the implementation and installation of capital equipment and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and be able to provide technical expertise to assist plant-level personnel in identifying and solving technical process issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend, specify, and procure facilities and manufacturing process equipment and workflows that match project application requirements and business needs.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of contractors and plant maintenance personnel during project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing process equipment and systems.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to plant-level personnel to ensure all project goals are successfully attained.
  • Travel to company facilities outside of home base office in support of project planning, equipment installation, startup, and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
