We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team
Key Responsibilities:• Set up and maintain a safe and organized class environment• Deliver high-energy group fitness classes, including boxing and martial arts• Provide clear and concise instructions to clients, ensuring their safety and success• Load functional exercises on iPads and ensure they are ready for classes• Perform 'Boxing Basics' for new clients and provide proper hand-wrapping techniques• Demonstrate exercises and provide options and challenges for clients• Assist with membership sales and promotions• Participate in cleaning and maintenance duties• Assist with body fat readings and measurements during challenges• Represent the RockBox brand and promote studio events• Deliver pre-designed workouts and provide a positive and supportive environment for clients
Requirements:• Excellent verbal communication skills• Enthusiastic and energetic personality• Passion for health and wellness• Team player with a positive attitude• Ability to deliver high-energy workouts• CPR/AED certification• Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
