RockBox Fitness Summerville is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Trainer to join our team. As a Group Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy workouts to our members, promoting a positive and supportive fitness environment, and embodying the RockBox brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all participants
  • Develop and implement new workout routines, incorporating functional exercises and martial arts techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to promote membership sales and studio events
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in group fitness instruction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • CPR/AED certification and knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
