Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and patient information
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective communication of test results
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations and patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) or Associates degree in MLT or related field (required)
  • Current Florida License TC - Laboratory Clinical Technician
  • Previous laboratory experience preferred
