About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RV Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a key member of our sales and finance team, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process for our RV dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and secure the best lender options for our customers, ensuring timely approval and delivery of their RV purchases.
  • Maximize F&I Profit Volume (PVR) by effectively managing contract placement and product penetration.
  • Collaborate with the sales desk to structure deals that meet our customers' needs and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure seamless contract processing and funding, maintaining open communication with our business office.
  • Monitor and analyze F&I performance metrics, including PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss F&I training and address any issues that may arise.
  • Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff on F&I best practices.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance and Insurance products, with a proven track record of success.
  • Menu selling experience is essential, with a strong understanding of RV finance and insurance products.
  • Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus, with a focus on sales and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and develop finance and sales personnel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • A valid driver's license is required, with a good driving record.
