Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Administering manual exercises and other forms of therapy to improve patient function
- Providing education and guidance to patients on proper use of assistive devices
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Recording patient progress and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A Master's degree in physical therapy or a Baccalaureate degree in physical therapy for graduates prior to January 1, 2002
- Graduation from a college or university approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Physical Therapist
- A current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist
