We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient care, developing treatment plans, conducting evaluations, and providing home care instructions. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely medical records, communicating with patients and team members, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements- Diploma from a CAPTE Approved Physical Therapy Program: We require a diploma from a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
- PT License or in Progress: We require a PT license or be in progress as a new graduate.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: We require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster adherence to the prescribed plan of care.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: We require strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: We require the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Comfortable Using Technology for Medical Record-Keeping: We require the ability to use technology for medical record-keeping.
