About the Role:

As a FRONTLINE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to accurately process payments and maintain accurate records. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will enable you to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
