Overview

AccentCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend RN Baylor Home Health. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and improving health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of operation.
  • One year of experience as a RN, preferably in home health or a related field.
  • Valid CPR certification and a reliable vehicle for travel to patient homes.
