About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. Reporting to the Rehab Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' clinical status, assessing their rehabilitation potential, and designing and implementing age-appropriate treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' clinical status and assess their rehabilitation potential
- Design and implement age-appropriate treatment programs
- Participate as an integral part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Support timely care and planning needs for safe discharge planning
We prioritize early mobilization, fall prevention, early ICU intervention, Stroke certification, and other quality improvement initiatives. Our team collaborates closely with hospital performance improvement teams to drive excellence in patient care.
Requirements- BS/MS/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Massachusetts PT license and AHA CPR certification
