About the Role

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with Tenet Massachusetts, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a psychiatric setting. Your duties will include assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical assessments, and documenting patient progress.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferably with a similar population.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
