A Day in The Life as a Team Leader
In this role, you will oversee Case Managers and Support Workers who assist children and families, ensuring that children can thrive safely within their home settings.

They are responsible for creating training programs, providing guidance and support to their team, and facilitating positive transformations for the children and families served.
