Key Responsibilities
  • Provide help desk support to end-users, resolving technical issues and providing guidance on computer systems and software.
  • Manage the agency's inventory, tracking and documenting equipment and generating reports as needed.
  • Deploy laptops and related equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to users.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
  • One year of experience assisting in the operation of multipurpose, multi-tasking computer systems, including operating computer equipment for maintaining information, installing and maintaining data communications network lines and devices, or personal computer repair.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with computer support, information technology, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical knowledge and support practices.
  • Experience with technical issues and solutions to non-technical users, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience maintaining inventory, including tracking, documenting, and overseeing the distribution and usage of equipment, and generating inventory reports.
