About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at NovaTech. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new business opportunities by cold calling and driving leads to identify potential clients and develop relationships with key decision makers.
  • Adopt NovaTech's culture of sales excellence by adopting established sales processes, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy to drive sales growth.
  • Network with the local business community to seek new business opportunities and establish NovaTech as a trusted provider of IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions.
  • Become an expert of all products, services, and solutions offered by NovaTech to clients, including IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions.
  • Reach key decision makers within an organization and develop relationships with C-level executives to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs, and align NovaTech products and services where business opportunities exist.
  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generating leads.
  • Closing net new business and achieving monthly activity and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Outside sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of driving sales revenue and market share.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office to manage and update sales activity.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle to travel to client meetings and appointments.
