* Check online insurance eligibility for patients.

* Distribute intake and new patient forms, as well as copies of office policies and required documents.
* Process payments from patients, including co-pays and uninsured visits.
* Coordinate appointments for both new and recurring patients based on physicians' availability.
* Maintain both hard copy patient records and electronic medical records (EMR) accurately.
* Proactively remind patients of upcoming appointments and assist in scheduling on-site or off-site testing services.
* Ensure all interactions and activities comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Adhere to established policies and procedures in all aspects of work.
* Document patient visits accurately and comprehensively.
Qualifications:
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office front desk role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
