Job Summary:
Monarch Casino Resort & Spa Black Hawk is seeking a Lobby Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, directing them to the right areas and providing information about the resort.
- Keep the lobby areas clean and presentable, including maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
- Answer guests' questions and provide assistance with special needs.
- Lift bags or other objects as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
