Job Summary:

Monarch Casino Resort & Spa Black Hawk is seeking a Lobby Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests, directing them to the right areas and providing information about the resort.
• Keep the lobby areas clean and presentable, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.
• Answer guests' questions and provide assistance with special needs.
• Lift bags or other objects as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience in a customer service role (preferred).
• Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
