Pediatric Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at ProCare Therapy.
**Job Summary**
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience and be licensed as an LPN in New Hampshire. The role requires providing specialized healthcare services to a student with a severe heart condition who is DNR, monitoring the student throughout the school day, and implementing the emergency care plan as needed.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide medical care and support to students with complex health needs
- Monitor and maintain accurate health records
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure students' well-being
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
**Requirements**
- Active LPN licensure in New Hampshire
- CPR certification
- Recent TB test results (within the last year)
