Clinical Nurse Specialist

Atrium Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intermediate Care Department at Atrium Health Cabarrus CVIMC. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and possess excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, new teammates are eligible for a sign-on bonus and career advancement opportunities.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Gathers data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation.
- Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
