Job Title: Sushi Chef

At SONO, we are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook sushi dishes to order, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Ensure that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner, with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu changes and specials, and provide excellent customer service to guests.
Requirements:
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
