UCHealth is seeking a dedicated Trauma Research Nursing Specialist to join our research team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting research studies, providing clinical care to patients, and collaborating with researchers and sponsors.
About You
We are looking for an experienced registered nurse with a strong background in trauma care and research. Your excellent communication and critical thinking skills will enable you to effectively conduct research studies and provide high-quality patient care. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and an Associate's degree in Nursing are required.
The Role
As a Trauma Research Nursing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting research studies and collecting data
• Providing clinical care to patients and families
• Collaborating with researchers and sponsors to achieve project goals
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
