About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Finishing Operator to join our team at InTouch Labels & Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating a variety of digital finishing machines, including semi-rotary and laser platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate digital finishing machines to produce high-quality labels and packaging materials.
  • Review and follow work instructions to ensure accurate and timely production.
  • Communicate with production managers and shift supervisors to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as all tooling and auxiliary equipment.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience running die-cutting equipment.
  • Ability to set up for embellishments such as spot UV, cold foil, and lamination.
  • Monitor quality and consistency of die-cut products.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
