Key Responsibilities- Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong bonds with residents and their families, providing personalized care and attention to their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide Quality Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance resident outcomes.
- Document Resident Information: Accurately record and update resident information, including care plans, progress notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required for all positions.
- Previous Experience Working with Seniors: Preferred, but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, as well as stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
