About Your Role: While the official title is Building Maintenance Technician, this role may also be referred to as a Handyman or Facilities Maintenance Technician in other organizations.

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and functionality of our facility for our residents. Tasks may include minor repairs such as unclogging toilets, changing light bulbs, fixing window treatments, or replacing batteries in devices. You may also be required to perform tasks like changing HVAC filters or patching drywall. This position is focused on in-house maintenance, minimizing the need for external contractors.

Qualifications

Essential Skills: Hands-on experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is required.
