Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • CPR certification
  • Experience working in senior care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
