Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate care team at BRIA. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct care to residents and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois. With at least one year of experience in long term care, you will bring valuable skills and knowledge to our team. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $39-42 per hour, reflecting the value we place on our nursing professionals. Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct care to residents, supervising activities performed by nursing assistants, charting and maintaining documentation, preparing and administering medications, and developing positive working relationships with all team members.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, a valid current nursing license in Illinois, current CPR certification, and at least one year of experience in long term care. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and prioritize tasks will serve you well in this position.
