Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Beacon Hill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll for 36 employees, paid on the 1st and 15th
  • Handle accounts payable and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Work closely with Moss Adams on key reporting requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger entries
  • Strong understanding of month-end and closing processes
