- Engages in multiple clerical duties such as photocopying patient records, organizing files, and managing clinical documentation requests.
- Maintains and updates the Meditech Administrative Assessment with relevant insurance and patient attendance data.
- Ensures accurate pre-registration and registration within defined error limits.
- Conducts insurance verification for selected patients.
- Assists in daily quality control measures.
- Coordinates scheduling for evaluations and follow-up appointments.
- Communicates with provider offices to secure necessary clinical documentation, including therapy orders, and ensures proper signatures are obtained on required forms.
- Prepares both clinical and administrative documents for initial evaluations.
- Performs additional duties as required.
