As a Physical Therapist with Interim HealthCare of New Hampshire, you will have the opportunity to work in a home-based setting, providing personalized therapy to patients in need. Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality care, and we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and progress
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist License in the State of New Hampshire
- Graduate of an accredited college-level approved program
- Current CPR certification required
