Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, and car wash area.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
  • Prepare and serve food and hot beverage products, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Actively promote store specials and marketing programs, engaging with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cross-checking prices, distributing delivered goods, and observing local law requirements for fueling vehicles.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law.
  • Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.
