Job Title: Assistant Manager

At Windsor Communities, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to the management of the property's Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
  • Coordinate with the Support Services Department through effective communication and guidance
  • Drive sales performance for new resident acquisition and renewal retention
  • Prioritize the establishment and nurturing of customer relationships
  • Maintain an inclusive team environment
  • Energize the property team to outperform the local market
  • Create a culture of accountability to policies, procedures, and expectations
  • Courageously embrace challenges and change
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • One to two years residential property management experience
  • Desire to grow your career to the next level
  • Proficiency with industry software YARDI and Funnel
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to execute on areas of opportunity
  • A sharp professional appearance

  • Compensation Range: $57,000 - $59,000 annually, includes bonuses or plus bonuses
