Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist/Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our international legal team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including confidentiality agreements and intellectual property license agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including confidentiality agreements and intellectual property license agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance and effective contract management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful contract outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure compliance with changing regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a contract paralegal or contract specialist in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an approved ABA school.
  • Strong background in contracts, including NDA and trademarks.
  • Understanding of contract management systems.
  • Previous experience with intellectual property, trademarks, and copyrights preferred.
