  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand, while minimizing waste and reducing costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all food preparation and presentation practices meet the highest standards of health and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Cost Control: Manage food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure we meet our budgetary targets.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Education: A culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
