We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Ambulatory Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a board eligible or certified psychiatrist to work in an expanding ambulatory behavioral health department, providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients.

About the Role

This 0.5 FTE position offers a unique chance to lead a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, ARNP's, masters level therapists, and psychologists. As team lead, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, providing psychiatric treatment, and supporting the therapist as they deliver family-based and individual therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients
  • Provide psychiatric treatment and medication management
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide crisis therapy services and short-term treatment
  • Support the therapist in delivering family-based and individual therapy interventions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in child and adolescent psychiatry, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. A license to practice medicine in the state of Washington is required.
