Job Summary

The Banquet Chef is a key member of our culinary team at ClubCorp, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. This role requires a high level of culinary expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in food production, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Support a la carte and private event food production, working closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, employee partners, and guests to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve culinary services.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a cook or in a related culinary role.
  • Working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and saut stations.
  • Diplomatic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
