Job Summary

The Banquet Chef is a key member of our culinary team at ClubCorp, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. This role requires a high level of culinary expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Support a la carte and private event food production, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member and guest feedback and concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Cook or Banquet Chef required.
  • Working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and saut stations.
  • Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with members, employee partners, and guests.
  • Possesses a passion for exceeding member expectations and a commitment to excellence.
