ROLE OBJECTIVE:

This position is integral to the finance team, focusing on leading the calculations and communications related to provider compensation. This role is hybrid, based out of our corporate office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the primary liaison for all providers concerning compensation matters.
- Oversee the calculation and communication of provider compensation based on diverse contracts and regulatory guidelines, including monthly and quarterly calculations for payroll and individual providers.
- Calculate and relay any monthly or quarterly office bonus programs, including retail sales incentives and commissions for aesthetic services.
- Assist in the transition to provider compensation software, ensuring accuracy in calculations and serving as the main contact for provider inquiries.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Operations, and HR on compensation modeling for recruitment targets.
- Facilitate monthly onboarding and status meetings for accounting providers.
- Lead weekly meetings addressing provider compensation requests.
- Meet with new providers to explain compensation statements and calculations.
- Maintain a comprehensive master schedule for provider compensation.
- Execute accrual calculations and assist in preparing journal entries related to provider compensation during month-end close.
- Model provider compensation for business development initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports on provider deficits and conduct break-even analyses.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and ad-hoc analyses as assigned by leadership.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

- Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned.
- Maintain professional licensure and certifications as applicable.
- Travel to other job sites or office locations as necessary.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient in identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using a computer keyboard and working effectively with Microsoft Office products.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of focused financial analysis or provider compensation experience in multi-state/site operations.
- Familiarity with provider employment contracts.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze extensive data sets.
- Experience in multi-site healthcare settings (preferred).
- Experience in private equity (preferred).
