Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with an annual quality incentive target of $15,000.

About Optum:

Qualifications:
- Certification from recognized bodies such as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current licensure in Texas or the ability to obtain it prior to employment.
- Valid DEA license or the capability to secure one before starting.
- Experience managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient demographic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Familiarity with managed care environments.
