Job Overview

Position Title: Manufacturing Support Specialist - Swing Shift

In this role, you will provide assistance across various departments within the aerospace manufacturing sector. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery such as hydraulic presses, waterjets, punch presses, and CNC equipment. You will also be tasked with deburring components using handheld tools and grinders, ensuring products meet customer specifications, and maintaining production levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain hydraulic presses, waterjets, CNC machines, and punch presses.
  • Deburr parts effectively using appropriate tools.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and company quality standards.
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in deburring techniques.
  • Experience with sandblasting.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and CNC machinery.
  • Ability to operate punch presses.
