Primary Care Physician for Community Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Community Health of Central Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in an outpatient practice setting, providing primary care services to patients in Yakima, Naches, Highland, and Ellensburg, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical training and experience, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Conduct routine check-ups and screenings, as well as manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Degree: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- License: Current, unrestricted RN license; ability to obtain WA license
- Other: DEA certificate, NPI, and good peer references
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience
