Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Central Washington

We are seeking an experienced Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Community Health of Central Washington.

Compensation and BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped encounter-based productivity incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as retirement savings options, generous PTO, and paid holidays. We also offer CME time and allowances, student loan repayment programs, and relocation assistance for those who qualify.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis full-time opportunity will involve providing primary care services to patients at our outpatient clinics throughout central Washington, with flexible scheduling to include 32 hours of patient-facing time and 8 hours of administrative tasks. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, including faculty physicians, clinicians, resident physicians, APPs, pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing staff, to provide high-quality care to our patients.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification, a current unrestricted RN license, and DEA certificate. WA State license or ability to obtain one required. You should also have great peer references, be approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and be open to experienced or new grads. New FNP graduates with active RN multistate licenses in another state may be considered if they graduated less than 12 months ago.
